How do I contact Geepzy? You can email us at support@geepzy.com and our customer service team will be happy to help you with anything you need! Do you ship worldwide? Yes Where do you ship from? We ship from Hong Kong. Can I change or cancel my order? As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes/cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. When will my order be processed? All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to be fulfilled. What happens if I don't receive my order? If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund. Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Polish Zloty, which means that you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office. These fees and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees. How do I return an item? Contact us at support@geepzy.com What happens if the item(s) I receive is faulty/incorrect/damaged? If you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged, please contact us. When you receive your package, please provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible. When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when the funds will be credited to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received a credit for your refund yet, here's what you can do: Contact your bank/credit card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
